My goal this week was to hit 405 on squats for 3 sets of 6 reps since last week I did 3x5. I didn’t use my knee sleeves this week so at 4 reps I felt the need to rack. Kinda disappointed when I did that so instead of increasing the reps, I increased the number of sets. Total volume is still greater than last week. That’s a win. Always find a way to always stack a win! Big or small
