This is our 4 week progressive approach to get you bigger shoulders, traps and arms! You will be hitting every muscle in your body but a large emphasis will be placed on those 3 muscle groups.
We have coupled this with a healthy eating guide which includes a list of proteins, carbs, fats, fruits and veggies to choose from and guidlines to follow to create your own plan bsed on your goals!
